Every Ron Davis road racing radiator is hand made one at the time by experienced craftsman using the best and latest technology. It all starts with using the finest materials and processes: a state of the art controlled atmosphere brazed all-aluminum core, hand formed tanks, and in-house CNC machined outlet connections. All of which are carefully, hand TIG welded together. When completed, every Ron Davis road racing radiator is visually inspected and pressure tested to be leak free at 30psi. All this ensures a dependable all-out cooling system for maximum performance.
